What PSA and RMM tools do you support? +
We have pre-built integrations for ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, NinjaRMM, Datto, Huntress, SentinelOne, IT Glue, and Gradient MSP. If your tool has an API, we can typically integrate it. We assess your full stack on the discovery call.
Do I need a Power BI license? +
You'll need a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User license. This is typically included in many Microsoft 365 business plans. We'll confirm what you already have during the discovery call — most MSPs are already covered.
How long does onboarding take? +
Most clients have their first dashboard live within 5–7 business days of kickoff. Full deployment across all modules typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on the number of integrations and complexity of your stack.
Is this a self-serve product? +
No — and that's intentional. Every Omniview BI engagement is led by a certified Power BI analyst with hands-on MSP experience. We don't drop a template on you and hope it fits. Your dashboards are built around how your business actually works.
Who built this and why should I trust it? +
Omniview BI was built by the team at Iron Oak Defense, a cybersecurity and network defense MSP. We built these dashboards for our own operations first, then productized them for other MSPs. We use everything we sell.
Can I cancel my subscription? +
